- Transforming the non-standard datasets to analysis ready database – This includes standardization by leveraging in-house metadata, unit normalization, transformations between the measures (absolute, CFB, PCFB), harmonization of the endpoint scales and data grouping identifiers that play a key role in identifying the “right strata, right endpoint, right timepoint and right statistics” for plugging/automating the analysis (PMA, NMA primarily).
- Scope expansion of the existing databases with respect to additional outcomes (biomarker, progression, clinical, PRO, QoL, safety), and patient populations.
- Graph digitization – Digitization of summary level and patient level graphs for various PK and PD outcomes (along with variability) from literature that include but not limited to
- line graphs, bar graphs, box plots, KM plots, forest plots and spider plots.
